The Sprinter Check out the new Sprinter article
about our project at the Bub Speed Trials 2007..
This project is to attain the fastest
50cc motorcycle ever run. This year we achieved an AMA & FIM
record of 77.128 in the Modified Partial Streamlined class, fuel
class. (Methanol).
To reach our ultimate goal we are splitting
our development into three phases:
In 2007 we ran with basically a stock
frame, focusing our effort on engine development.
Phase II is a transitional motorcycle.
It is between a partial streamlined conventional motorcycle and
a full streamliner.
Phase III is a full streamliner
(rider fully enclosed) such as those you see in the larger
displacement classes.
